Terms
These Terms describe the basic rules for using MathClue. They are intended as a practical product draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
MathClue provides AI-supported math diagnosis, focused repair lessons, lesson replay, in-lesson Q&A, lesson quizzes, delayed review where available, parent dashboards, and progress reports.
MathClue is designed to support learning and practice. It does not replace a teacher, school, tutor, professional educational evaluation, or individualized education plan.
Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you are under 13, you may use MathClue only with parent or guardian permission. Parents are responsible for managing linked student accounts and subscription choices.
Users are responsible for the math work, images, text, answers, and other content they submit. Users should not submit content they do not have permission to share or content unrelated to learning support.
AI-generated diagnoses, lessons, Q&A, quizzes, delayed reviews, and reports may be incomplete or incorrect. Families and educators should review the evidence shown in the product and use judgment when deciding what to do next.
Some features may depend on plan tier, quota, or availability. MathClue may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Paid plans, if offered, may be subject to payment provider terms and cancellation rules shown during purchase.
Users may not misuse MathClue, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit harmful or unlawful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use MathClue to build a competing service without permission.
MathClue and its software, design, content, logos, and product experience are owned by MathClue or its licensors. Users retain rights to their submitted content, while granting MathClue permission to use it to provide and improve the service.
MathClue is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every diagnosis, lesson, quiz, report, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every student.
